Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
ChoZen Archives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
PLEASE ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request and make it right.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
